With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience and five transformative years immersed in the mystical teachings of Gene Keys, combined with my extensive knowledge of somatically informed practices, I offer a unique fusion of soulful coaching and practical tools to support you in cultivating a thriving and soul-aligned business.
My journey has been marked by personal trials of grief, loss, and transition following the untimely passing of my beloved sister, Jen, in 2022. Through firsthand experience, I have come to understand the immense importance of community and support during times of profound transformation. This deeply personal journey has illuminated the incredible power of grief, guiding me to embrace life and love more fully. It is from this place of personal growth that I am driven to not only support those navigating the path of grief but also to inspire individuals who yearn to live authentically and radiate their unique light in the world. I firmly believe that by embracing our experiences, even the most challenging ones, we can tap into newfound strength and resilience to create a life filled with purpose, joy, and profound impact.
